What does this apparel represent?

We know from the sagas that the Vikings believed in rune magic, but we don't know exactly how it worked. However, a series of magical symbols from the later Nordic period are preserved in a set of grimoires from Iceland.

These grimoires record magical staves that combine runes to create magical symbols. Most staves feature the Alghiz rune, a powerful symbol of protection.

This t-shirt features a unique, grimoire-inspired symbol comprised of the Alghis rine repeating, finished off with the VKNG logo.
