I love the products. Vey nice quality. Everything I bought went on sale the next week for 50% off. It was a hassel to pay to sent an item back only to re order it again. Should have been a customer service transaction, like a simple credit. I have another item that went on sale over the weekend. Would have sent it back too but wouldn't get it in time for a birthday gift and I already knew (based on last week) that in order to get the sale price I would have to send this one back,mpat for shipping,mother re order the exact same item.
They were 50% off. I spent a couple hundred dollars with you.mand I have 6 grandsons. So the quality of customer service I receive from an online company carries alit of weight. I would have ordered more this weekend but things probably would have went on sale again after. Doesn't make sense to return something, pay 15.00 to ship it back. Because the 40.00 discount it eaten up in return fees.
You really should consider just crediting someone's account. Like I said, I have 6 grandsons, 5 of whom are adults. I could be a great customer.
