ORDERING

WHY THE SHIPPING TIME CAN'T BE MORE FASTER ?

We chose to have our jewelry made with the utmost respect for tradition and quality standards. For this reason, we are linked to reals craftsmen jeweler in Eastern Europe. Each piece of jewelry is made on demand,in small quantities,for this reason, delivery time varies between 10 and 20 days. True crafts work take time.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE PLACING AN ORDER?
We are sorry to hear this. Please contact our customer service team by using our contact us form and we will do our best to resolve this issue for you.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED ?
Once your order has been confirmed, our staff cannot change or edit the order due to administrative reasons. 
If you have placed an order incorrectly, please contact us and we will cancel the order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.
CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS ?
Yes you can but orders can be delayed while we verify that the shipping address is legitimate. We recommend that you ship to the address the card is issued to to avoid delays.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED ?
When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us, it will contain your tracking number. This will let you know that the order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Please note it may take a few hours for any movement to show.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Yes you can track your order by the UkrPosht website with your tracking number.

Unfortunately until further notice the tracking of parcels from Ukrain is no longer possible for the following countries: New Zealand, Canada, Australia and Germany.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES ?

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. You can know more to : Shipping & Returns
