Celtic Knots Loki Ornament Arm Ring

💎 Viking style arm ring available in bronze or silver
💎 Decorated with traditional Viking and Celtic knotwork
💎 Traditional horned symbol today associated with Loki
💎 Handmade by expert craftsmen

What does this jewellery represent?

This bronze bangle is inspired by the torque-style arm rings that were worn by the Vikings. Chiefs gave them to warriors who wore them as symbols of loyalty. It was common to swear oaths of these rings. They were also sometimes used as currency, with chips broken off to make payments.

The particular example, available in bronze or silver, is decoraeted with classic knotwork, common in both Celtic and Viking artistic styles.

The bracelet is also decorated with two curling horns, seen in various traditional designs. These have come to be associated with Loki, the trickster, who is often depicted with a horned helmet.

Weight: silver 28 grams, bronze 23 grams
