What does this jewelry represent?

Ships are one of the things that define Viking culture.

It was these boats that carried them to the shores of their neighbors to raid, on their adventures over the Atlantic to the new world five centuries before other Europeans.

Few things better represent both the Viking warrior and adventurer.

This signet ring is perfect for the modern Viking. The band is decorated in traditional Mammen style, popular in Denmark in the 10th century.

With Octopi on either side, their legs extend and intertwine into traditional Viking patterns.
