What does this jewelry represent?

It represents the horned Triskelion, which is associated with Odin, who was the Viking god of wisdom, as well as war.
The horns represent the mead of poetry, made from the blood of the most intelligent being to ever have lived.
The mead was stored in three giant drinking horns, and Odin connived to drink all of the mead, guarding the wisdom that it possesses for himself, though he did decide to share some of it with mankind.
