This bronze Thor's Hammer pendant is a copy of a genuine Viking Mjolnir pendant from the 10th century found on the Isle of Bornholm in Denmark. It uses the Jelling artistic style, which was popular among the Vikings at this time.
Thor's hammer was considered a symbol of protection since Thor protected the world of men with his hammer.
The cross with four dots just above the hammerhead may represent the solar cross, which was a symbol of fertility. Thor was also a fertility god due to his connection with the weather.
The pendant seems to be marked with the Dagaz rune on the back, though it could be a combination of other runes. The Dagaz rune represents D phonetically and day. It is also a symbol of enlightenment or awakening.
