What does this jewelry represent ?
The Valknut (pronounced “Val-knoot”) is one of the most heavily used symbols in Norse mythology.
However, no one is 100% sure what it actually meant to them.
It appears that this interlocking symbol has an affiliation with the dead as it’s depicted on a lot of burial ships and graves.
The three triangles could represent the journey through life to death, maybe even symbolic of Odin.
It’s never going to be clear what this symbol means but it is certain that the Vikings held it in high regard.
