What does this jewelry represent?
In the Viking age, people would wear Thor's Hammer pendants as symbols of the protection of the gods and to mark their allegiance to the Norse gods in a time of religious change. More Mjolnir pendants survive in the archaeological record than all other symbols combined.
This stainless steel Mjolnir pendant is inspired by a genuine example from Odeshog in Sweden, but with a modern streamlined twist. The Odin warrior face on the handle and the swirling decorations on the hammer are taken from the genuine piece.
This is a modern piece for a modern Viking with deep ancestry and roots.
