Unique Bog Oak Wood Raven and Valknut Pendant

💎 Unique handcrafted wooden pendant in Bog Oak
💎 Raven, familiar of Odin the All-Father
💎 Valknut, symbol of Valhalla

Each piece in this collection is unique. It is not possible to get 2 pendants 100% identical. Each product is worked from a piece of wood for several hours by our partner Woodzard, especially for VKNG.

This stunning piece features a raven head imprinted with a Valknut. Both are symbols associated with Odin, the All-Father, a creator deity and the god of war, wisdom, writing, wanderers, witchcraft, and Valhalla.

Ravens were the familiars of Odin. His ravens Huginn (thought) and Muninn (memory) flew out into the world daily and told Odin everything they saw and heard. Seeing ravens circling the battlefield was a good sign, as it meant that Odin was present to take the brave fallen dead to Valhalla, his hall in Asgard.

The Valknut is the symbol of Valhalla. The fallen warriors that find themselves there fight and feast until they are called on to fight again alongside the gods in the final battle of Ragnarok. All Viking warriors aspire to this fate.
