What does this jewelry represent?
This stunning stainless steel pendant combines a variety of genuine Viking symbols to create a versatile pendant that is durable enough to wear every day.
One side of the pendant features Vegvisir, also known as the Norse Compass, a genuine magical symbol found in the 18th-century Icelandic grimoires. Wear the symbol, and you will never lose your way, even if you do not know your destination.
On the other side of the pendant is the Valknut, the symbol of Valhalla. This is Odin's great hall in Asgard, and he takes the bravest fallen warriors there, where they wait to fight alongside the gods at Ragnarok. It is what all Vikings aspire to and is a reflection of the Viking life philosophy.
The pendant is encircled by a serpent, which is Jormungandr, the Midgard Serpent. The gods so feared this snake that they threw it into the waters surrounding Midgard.
