What does this jewelry represent ?

The name Lagertha has been made famous by the TV show Vikings, but she was also a genuine historical figure. 

Once the wife of the king Ragnar Lodbrok, she was a fearsome shield maiden, and went on to rule Norway in her own right.

Lagertha shows us that all Vikings were warriors, and not just men.

She dressed as a man to fight to save the kin of a former king from humiliation.

When her estranged husband Ragnor was threatened in Denmark, she summoned an armada of 120 ships to save his skin.

When he betrayed her, she took his kingdom for herself.
