Viking necklaces and Norse pendants — every symbol backed by history, every piece made by hand.
The pendant was the most personal piece of Viking jewellery. Unlike rings or arm rings given as tokens of loyalty, pendants were chosen by the wearer — a deliberate declaration of faith, identity or protection. Mjolnir amulets were worn by those loyal to Thor. Vegvisir by those who travelled by sea. Valknut by those who honoured Odin. Every design in this collection is rooted in that tradition.
You'll find pendants across five categories. Thor's Hammer (Mjolnir) — the most widely excavated Viking amulet, available as museum replicas and ornamental designs in silver, gold and bronze. Vegvisir and compass symbols — Norse wayfinding symbols for protection and guidance. Valknut and Odin symbols — for those drawn to the Allfather's path. Elder Futhark rune pendants — single runes or inscribed pieces with personalised meaning. Animal and nature symbols — ravens, wolves, serpents, trees of life based on Norse ornamental art.
All pendants come with a sterling silver or leather cord chain. Materials run from bronze ($40–$80) through sterling silver 925 ($58–$300) to solid gold. Every order includes a card explaining the historical meaning of your pendant's symbol.

What is the most popular Viking pendant for men?
Thor's Hammer (Mjolnir) is historically the most worn Viking amulet and remains the most popular choice today — especially museum replicas in sterling silver. Vegvisir and Valknut are close behind.
What chain length should I choose for a Viking pendant?
For wearing over clothing, 60–70 cm (24–28 in) works best. For wearing close to the chest under a shirt, 50–55 cm (20–22 in). All pendants include a 60 cm chain — longer options in our chain collection.
Can I get a Viking necklace with a custom rune inscription?
Yes — through our custom jewelry service you can commission a pendant with any Elder Futhark rune combination. Most custom orders ship in 3–4 weeks.
