How to Measure Your Ring Size

• Measure at room temperature (cold fingers shrink, heat swells).
• Don’t measure right after the sports training or hot shower.
•  If you’re between sizes:
  • Choose up for wide bands
  • Choose based on comfort if you prefer a tighter or looser fit

Method 1: Measure a ring that already fits

1. Pick a ring that fits comfortably (not tight, not loose).
2. Place it on a flat surface.
3. Measure the inside diameter straight across the center (inner edge to inner edge).
4. Match the diameter to a ring size chart below.

Method 2: Use a string to measure the ring size

1. Cut a strip long enough to wrap around your finger.
2. Wrap it around the finger where the ring will sit.
3. Mark where the strip overlaps to form a full circle.
4. Lay the strip flat and measure the distance between marks.
5. Use a ring size chart below to convert circumference to size.
