Shipping Preparation

After your payment is verified, it may take up between 24 and 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Delivery of some products is made from our warehouse in Marseille (France) through the French Local Post (La Poste - Tracked Delivery).

The incoterm used for deliveries is DDU. 97% of orders do not require taxes but depending on your country and changes in customs policy, you may not be asked for customs clearance.

  • For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders : As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these will be required to release your order from customs on arrival.


  • When purchasing in a currency other than USD, currency conversion is performed by our partner Flow Commerce Inc., and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees of the exchange rate at the time of check out.
  • We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.


  • We have a 14 day returns policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the workshop.

    Refunds (if applicable):
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  • In the case of an error of address made by the customer, the package is returned to us. For a reshipment, the reshipment costs are charged to the customer. If the customer does not wish the order to be reshipped and asks for a refund then the cost of the first shipment (12.90$) will be deducted.
  • In the case of an error on our part. We take charge of the forwarding expenses at 100%.
    Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
    If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: V.K.N.G/BLGD 2 Bd des cèdres "KALLIMA" Marseille FR 13009.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
  • We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders over $100 USD. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return. The return shipping costs will be refunded after receipt of the item and proof of deposit indicating the amount (maximum $15).
  • (In the event that we are responsible for an error, we will cover the return shipping costs from $20.)
  • For returns under $100 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping. You will need to pay your own shipping costs and the amount will be non-refundable.
  • The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on where you live.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you via your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to be processed depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
  • After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or PayPal account.
