Piece of Junk

The Sterling silver pendant I ordered for my wife has been great however, the other one I ordered is tarnished and it Also sterling silver Allegedly. Both pendants have been worn the exact same amount of time to the exact same places by the exact same two people and one of them is tarnished beyond recognition and the other looks brand new. There is also no silver Smith stamp on the pendant with all of the tarnishing on it, and I have never seen a piece of sterling silver in my life that did not have a stamp on it, and that includes my wife’s pendant, which does have a stamp on it. I am extremely disappointed with the way that you guys have handled this because I reached out to your customer service team and they provided no help. This is not the only review I will leave. I will also be leaving one on Google and any other outlet that I can find, thank you very much.

Is a cool product, been wearing it since it arrived. I thought it would be a little larger but otherwise is really cool. Unfortunately, now everyone thinks I'm Jewish, I can't blame the product for that. Overall, I enjoy wearing it and is a useful little piece of jewellery that adds a little bit of shine to whatever I'm wearing. Not too flashy, not too bland, nice little middle ground between being a boy scout and being allergic to magnets.

The pendant is exactly like the advertised picture and it came with a sealed scroll and a branded sliding webcam cover. In such lovely packaging, too! I love the product and the regular newsletters with stories from norse mythology, I definitely recommend it!
