What does this jewelry represent?

In the Viking age, Thor's hammer was worn in much the same style as the Christain cross. It was the symbol of Norse religion and also represented the protection of the god Thor, who was also the protector of the gods.

This Thor's hammer pendant is inspired by examples surviving from Denmark in the Mammen style, which was popular in the 10th century.

This particular pendant is decorated with a Triquetra symbol, which is a symbol associated with spirituality. It is depicted in the 9th-century Book of Kells and also appears in Norwegian stave churches from the 11th century.
