What does this jewelry represent?

Vegvisir, known as the Norse Compass, is one of the most famous magical symbols surviving from the Icelandic magical grimoires of the 18th century.

It was a wayfinding runic stave that ensures the user never loses their way. Whether navigating the world, or a personal journey, the symbols ensured that they would find the right path.

This ring makes the perfect signet for modern-day Viking adventurers who need guidance on their path.

The ring's band is decorated in the Urnes style, which was popular in Norway and Sweden in the late 11th and early 12th centuries.

The pattern shows two ravens on each side, their bodies elongated and twisted to create dramatic patterns.

These represent the ravens of Odin, Huginn and Muninn - thought and memory. They traveled the cosmos and told Odin everything that they saw. This knowledge helped Odin navigate his way in the world as well.
