She is the goddess of love and beauty who cries golden tears and is immediately recognizable by her distinctive necklace Brisingamen.

In this artistic representation, she is represented as a warrior in her chariot drawn by two cats. Like Odin, she would choose brave dead warriors to serve her in her realm of Folkvangr.
