Handcrafted Helm of Awe Clasp Leather Bracelet Bronze
I still have not received my bracelet! There are alleged shipping issues, and I don’t know if it will ever arrive. It is stuck somewhere in shipping hell. I ordered this over 4 weeks ago. This is very frustrating especially as this is a gift!
They've been giving me the runaround and often won't even respond to requests for updates on the shipping of my item. Customer service is undoubtedly terrible.
I tell them they've somehow shipped my item to a pick up location in France an they tell me "No no customs has it and it's on it's way to you" despite the tracking telling me otherwise. I wait for any change to the tracking and when I don't see any change to the tracking I reach out 3 more times over the course of a week receiving no response. I finally get a response that they'll retrieve the item from the post office and they'll redirect it to ship from Ukraine. That was 2 weeks ago and I've seen nothing further.
It's clear to me that the people in their customer service department don't care what happens once they have your money.

I ordered a month ago… they said they Gad logistics problems, which I can understand but it’s been a month….
They won’t let me cancel the order either. Apparently I should just wait forever so… I considered myself robbed. Lesson learned
The necklace that came with the pendant was very fragile, but the pendant itself has proven to be pretty strong. The accents on the letters aren't very legible, but the rest of the design is stellar. A custom engraving makes the pendant feel much more personal, so I do recommend it. Regardless, this pendant is worth the purchase if you believe in its message. Just be sure to have a spare necklass in case the one you have breaks.
Not easy to find the size in the listing. Very strange if you have to give your size in cm and when it arrives it’s a “one size fits all” . Too big and i can not use my bracelet!
Very bright silver, great design as well. Not too big but wears well and easy to see. The Latin inscription very easy to read….a conversation starter.

I am very happy with the quality of this ring, it is a gift for my boyfriend. I’m very exciting for him to receive it and it looks like the sizing should be accurate. I’m also thankful to the customer service from Annie who assisted me with this order!
My only disappointment is that the ring has no pouch or box to present/store it in. It only arrived in plastic and bubble wrap. I figured this would be a given addition particularly considering the price and quality. Perhaps there was an option to add this which I was unaware of? I’m not sure.
I will now need to find something suitable to gift it in.

I ordert 5 times and always ist a pleasure. OK it take time, but the builder are from Ukraine. So i will wait more longer. Free Ukraine ✊
I'm very happy with this purchase. This ring looks better in person than in the website photos. I'm impressed with the detail of the runes. Customer service was excellent, they kept me informed on the status of my order. Shipping did take a little more time since it was coming from Ukraine to the US, but it was well worth the wait. I would buy from VKNG Jewelry again.
I ordered 2 bracelet in size L after measuring the wrist to make sure the size fits, when the bracelets came they were well to big. Followed the return instructions provided in the website, according to the courier that address does not exist. I feel I have lost my money here. Shame as the bracelets did look very nice
