all items were fine besites the most expensive item. a silver ring. it has a cratch and in the same area there is leftover silver that looks like molten leftover that wasnt cut away
The pendant is awesome but the leather cord broke within a week. I tried reaching out to customer service but never heard back.
Edit: they reached out and the type of cord I picked can be a little weak when constantly worn, especially in moisture and it was humid those days. They were communicative and are sending a replacement and must not have received my first email. Very kind people and great product.

I purchased a bracelet that was meant to arrive in time as a birthday gift, believing it would be shipped from France and therefore within the EU. Instead, it was sent from Ukraine and held in customs, which delayed delivery and significantly increased the cost, despite VAT already being paid at checkout.
I feel misled by the lack of transparency and the additional charges. The company appears indifferent, and I suspect many customers continue to face the same issue.
Although the bracelet was beautiful upon arrival, it broke the same day it was given, which was both embarrassing and frustrating after such a long wait and extra expense.
I sincerely hope they become more transparent about their actual location, though I remain doubtful.

The Photo in the listing shows an "aged" dark colored brass ring what I received was a very polished, very shiny gold-looking ring. Not at all what I was expecting. I was hoping to order from this store again but now I can't trust that I'll get what I ordered.
My package hasn't arrived yet.
